Cancellations & No-Shows

**Notification of Cancellation:**
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your slot to another client who may need our services. You can reach us by phone or text at 407-308-5337 or email us at worldwidenotarize@gmail.com.

**No-Shows:**
A "no show" happens when the signer doesn't appear for the scheduled appointment without giving us prior notice, or cancels with less than 24 hours' notice. In these cases, the appointment deposit is forfeited for the first occurrence. We understand that life happens, so we will send a reminder about the missed appointment and offer you a chance to reschedule.

Refunds

**Refund Eligibility:**
Once a notary service has been provided, it is generally not eligible for a refund due to the nature of the service. This includes completed notarizations or any notary acts that have been fully executed. Refunds will only be considered for payments made in advance for services that have not yet been performed.

**Refundable Circumstances:**
1) **Appointment Cancellation:** If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, any payment made in advance—minus the non-refundable deposit—will be eligible for a refund.

2) **Service Unavailability:** If we are unable to provide the notary service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full refund, including the non-refundable deposit, will be issued.

**Refund Request:**
To request a refund, please email us at worldwidenotarize@gmail.com within 3 days of your original payment. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, but please allow some time for the refund to appear in your account.
